 North bound:
101 to TEFFT Road, left on Tefft road, follow TEFFT through three stop lights.
Right hand turn on MESA road (after Dana Elementary School), no traffic light or stop sign.
Follow MESA into the WOODLANDS/TRILOGY development
At the first stop turn Right
Follow signage to Monarch Dunes Driveway

South bound:
101 to Tefft Road. Go right on Tefft and follow above directions. 
Follow TEFFT through three stop lights.
